01 / Odri Device · In development

A device has
more than one life

An online home for repair, resale and the history in between. We're bringing the next step for a device into clearer view.

Korean-language development site. Some areas require login; general repair bookings are not open yet.

Inspection → Repair → Return

A fictional device record

The journey we're building

Less guessing
A clearer next step

A broken screen or a device ready for resale creates a lot of small decisions. The platform is being developed to keep those decisions connected.

  1. 01

    Tell us about the device

Start with its model, condition and symptoms. Add the details that make the enquiry useful.

  2. 02

    Check before proceeding

Keep inspection notes and an estimate with the request, before a repair goes ahead.

  3. 03

    Follow the next step

Bring repair progress and shipment information into the same journey.

  4. 04

    Keep the history

A device passport connects the record when it returns, changes hands or needs attention again.

Intended customer journey. Features and availability are still being developed and tested.

Beyond a repair request

Care, commerce
and context

Device work doesn't end at the repair bench.

Repair

From symptoms to the next step

Request and progress screens are in the project, alongside support enquiries and evidence uploads.

Resale

Make condition easier to understand

We're developing device listings, product details, buyback requests and a customer purchase journey.

History

The record stays with the device

The repair ERP links a device passport to inspection, parts, sales and shipping records.

Experience before the platform

The trading desk
came first

We've sold phones, tablets and replacement parts through Bunjang and Joonggonara under the name 오드리네전자상가. The questions, condition checks and shipping behind those sales are the starting point for our own repair and resale platform.

Source & dates

Profile and sold-listing screenshots supplied by us. Source reviewed .

The capture date and reporting period are not recorded. The review date means we rechecked the supplied images against this page, not that the platforms were checked live on that date.

Figures from our supplied marketplace screenshots, not live totals. Transaction history can include buying and selling; listings marked sold are not unique customers or repair jobs. The counts are shown separately, not added together.

Behind the customer journey

One device
The whole record

The repair ERP is the workspace we're building alongside Odri Device. Take a look without a password or access to internal operations.

A few useful answers

Before you visit

Can I book a repair now?

General bookings are not open yet. The linked site is a development preview, and some flows require login. You can contact us about the project, but the website is not a promise of repair availability.

Are the feedback figures repair results?

No. They come from an earlier electronics marketplace trading profile. They are not the new platform's customer count, repair success rate or current service performance.

Do I need an account to explore the ERP?

No. Our separate public ERP demo contains fictional records and read-only views. It does not connect to the internal system.
